60 servings - like it says on the box but I wouldn't bother with them.

I’ve had strawberry and sour apple

How long can you take skinny sprinkles for ?

As long as you are following a healthy balanced diet I think you can take them indefinitely.

Some of mine are not sprinkles and hard like a refresher bar. Has anyone else had this problem. So hard to dissolve.

I haven't had this problem. It sounds as though it could be old stock or maybe where you are storing them? Have you checked the sell by/use by dates? Failing that, maybe give them a bash before you open the packet.
