What is the suitable age to use these machine . Can 12 years old using it?

I think adult supervision is needed before using the machine

If you using for few weeks can you say it works? As not sure if will be the dame good as branded ones?”

Yes I can say it works it has for me hairs growing slower and some now not at all ..but each person is different but I do definitely recommend. Hope this helps

Do you need to use a gel on the skin during use?

Hello, gel isn't required before use. Just a clean dry face before use. Of course, you can also use the gel to relieve the skin condition after use and calm the skin. For specific cleaning steps, please refer to this video 01:00-01:34 or the user manual.
