Avène Xeracalm A.d. Lipid-replenishing Cream 200ml

Absolutely amazing product. Could not recommend this more. I have had awful face skin for years, dry, red, itchy, sensitive, burns with any product I put on it. Was running out of options. Discovered this amazing moisturiser. My skin has calmed down, is a lot less red, is smooth and hydrated. I slather this on at night as a night cream And then again a small liar in the morning as a day. Buy it you won’t be disappointed.

My husband really struggled with dry, red flakey skin on his face and after trying nearly all the creams on the planet they just left his face red and didn't do much and we came across this in France by accident. Originally a pharmacist recommended it for a UV reaction I had...it didn't work for that but my husband decided to use some on his face and after using it for a week or so there was a huge improvement. It doesn't leave his skin red like most creams and it actually stops the bumpy flakiness that he gets. It is quite a heavy cream and takes a while to actually rub into your skin but he uses it at night so that isn't an issue. This tube of cream actually lasts him about a year and a half as he only uses it on his face. If you struggle with dry red skin then this cream is a must.

Bought for skin itching due to being at a certain age (ladies you know what I mean). Works fantastic and got 1 free vial of perfume, 2 cologne for my husband and a 50+ spf suncream. Well worth the price as the tube is massive !!

I'm suffering from pompholyx or dyshidrotic eczema. The cream works well during my flare up when my skin is cracked, raw and over sensitive to touch. It does soothing my skin. It's a rich cream but not greasy at all. My hands felt like sand papers before I used this cream. After one application they feel moist like a normal healthy skin. Not sure if it worths the price but it does help during my flare up. Smell odd though hence 4 star.

I developed contact dermatitis around both wrists, which were red raw and felt leather-like after repeated handwashing. I tried E45 and then prescribed Hydrocortisone for a month with minimal effect. After 2 days of using this cream I saw and felt real improvement. I'm loathed to give reviews of health and beauty products as I feel the responses to same vary from individual to individual. However the results I've had using this product were so positive within such a short period of time I thought on this occasion I would. Like hydrocortisone, I use more sparingly than E45. And yet the improvement is undeniable. I have very sensitive skin and the product is unscented which is a bonus. Slight gripe would be the pump action. It's a bit tricksy. Other than that, I'm extremely pleased with this purchase. And would buy again.

I had this eczema/skin condition on my belly for a fortnight. It was eczema scabs around the belly button and these bumpy red and dry spots all over my abdomen. Nothing was really working except when I bought this and used it for a week - poof! My skin was normal and silky smooth at the end of a week's use. I'm now using it behind my ears and on my neck for the eczema there. It's also scentless! A bonus for me because I find when using a product that needs repeated applications, I often get sick or nauseous My only problem was the pump. I was pushing it for a good ten to fifteen minutes for it to come out. I resorted to puncturing the top right corner with a needle and squeezing it out. Several times of applying that pressure to the tube it started to come out of the pump without me pumping. No complications from the seller either :D

Someone in my family has outbreaks of persistent and aggressive eczema which can get infected. We have tried everything the GP can think of, and lots of 'OTC' products, to little avail. Someone recommended this and it has - so far - stopped the itching and dryness brought on by eczema.. I have also used it on my very dry hands, (all that extra washing due to the pandemic!) It is the only product I have used, (including some very expensive cosmetic mosturisers), that actually works. It's a bit more expensive than usual high street purchases but worth every penny!

Not bad not good. I like it has no scent but skin need time to absorb this product

I have extremely dry skin and I've used every moisturiser under sun, this is the only one that makes my skin plump and healthy!

Kann gegen Neurodermitis helfen, zu mindestens lindern. Mir hilft sie sehr gut, kann diese schreckliche Hautkrankheit aber nicht loswerden. Ich kann sie nur empfehlen!!! Der Preis ist leider astronomisch gestiegen....von fast 100 Prozent.... Kaufe ich seit dem nicht mehr hier....
