This does not come with a cup
Despite the photo showing a cup, this does not come with one

This product is partially effective. It serves to slow down the rate of cooling of the mug but does not keep it hot.

Gimmick doesn't heat
This product is pretty useless very few cups fit on the heat plate and when they do it hardly even makes a difference. Pointless gimmick

Cup warmer is a good stocking filler. Good delivery time and well packed. Needs a flat bottom cup or mug to be most effective.

DO NOT BUY THIS RUBBISH
**I would have given zero stars but there is no option for this.**I just wanted a plain UCB cup warmer to keep my tea drinkable for a few extra minutes. What I got was a piece of plastic and metal that vaguely gets warmer than ambient temperature. It does not warm anything. You can keep your hand on it indefinitely with ease. Do not waste your money. I would have returned them ( yes - foolish me bought 2) immediately but my Husband put the boxes in the recycling which was emptied overnight.

Ceramic mugs don't conduct heat well enough
Bought it as a little something extra to throw into someone's Christmas stocking.Sadly, when warming ceramic mugs (like the vast majority used), they don't conduct heat too well and the little element doesn't really have that great an effect. I used it a few times then gave up.
