Multi-Purpose Rubber Coating - Junior - Black - 250ml

A very good quality product. I used it for coating a cylinder lock body so that it wouldn't scratch the interior of a lock barrel when repeatedly inserted and withdrawn. I have also used it to coat metal handles of tools like pliers etc to make achieve electrical insulation. The product is thick and gives a good coating even with one dip. However, I found that in each case three dips provided a really good durable, non-slip coating. Dependent on temperature etc, I found that a couple of hours drying was all that that was necessary between coats although the final coat needs longer to achieve best durable finish. I can thoroughly recommend this product.

So, I was going to return as couldn't use for my intended purpose but after speaking with the great staff who were really helpful it has been kept and used for another project. Perfect coverage and great colour. Just what it was needed for. Will definitely purchase again for other projects

Difficult to open the lid but product works. I struggled to unscrew the lid and ended up prizing it off with a screwdriver. I used it to coat the metal clamping surfaces of some F style clamps and it worked well for this task. Time will tell as to how long it lasts but overall, this is a decent product.

All you have to do is choose your desired colours open the tin dip the object into the tin and leave for several hours, I used it on some of my jewellery tools that have no grip and on some spectacles for the same reason, and it jazzed the specs up a little. Love this product.

Don't do what it says for me

I was introduced to this product by my kind neighbor. Skeptical at first so I placed the order. I opted for the can version (instead of spray) Rather pricey for a small can I thought. Application is dead easy - dip and wait for it to dry. Additional layers will require more dips depending on the use and how heavily you wish the item to be coated. As it dries fairly quickly (within minutes for touch dry), you do not have much "working time". Take around 24 hours to completely cure. More over, you would not want to hang around with the can opened up as the top will begin to dry up as it is exposed to the air. So be sure to tightly shut the top after use. I love this product and I believe its use is endless. Hope this small can last me for a little while. Thanks for reading my humble review.

Besonders was die Handhabung angeht, braucht Es eine gute Anleitung dazu. Ich versuche es hier mal, - wer die Möglichkeit hat das Objekt einzutauchen das ist dann am besten. Antrocknen lassen ca. 30 min. Dann wieder eintauchen. Das 3 mal. Dann 12 Std. warten. Fertig.
