Receive this item in a bubble wrapped bag. The actual box was damaged as if it had been opened and broken. I bought this fas part of a gift for my best friend who means so much to me but no way could I give it her in that condition. Its disgusting how this could of been sent to a customer like this. It should of been advertised as previously owned but in good condition. I took the contents out of the box and purchased my own little box to give her it in as the contents were ok. Bad purchase. Would not recommend.

Would give 0 stars if possible. The internal box the items were in was torn and damaged- it had obviously been opened and used before. I’m then expected to go out of my way to return something that clearly hasn’t been checked prior to sending. Very disappointed, very poor service-would not recommend.

I was planning to give this as a Christmas gift to someone but the box looks like it’s been tampered with. It came fully open in the box, and it was ripped apart in a few places. Doesn’t look nice at all. Definitely can’t give this to anyone!

I bought for a gift but package damaged . Had a replacement and this was worse . Kept the second for myself as too much bother to send back again. Disappointed. Sanctuary spa is lovely though.

The packaging was damaged & very poorly repaired with copious amounts of cello tape. It looks absolutely awful, how can this be given as a present. They was no warning that this was a “used” product, it wouldn’t have been acceptable as a “like new” product. The box was so badly damaged.

This item arrived in a torn box. I bought this product to give as a gift to someone - To give to someone today and that's y I chose next day delivery. How am I supposed ti gift this to someone when it looks like its been opened ?

Was meant to give this as a gift and has turned up with the box of the item being all ripped and torn at the top! Can no longer give this as a gift as looks second hand!

I have had two same items as one was a replacement but both were torn on the lid of the box. Not good enough to give as a present, as intended. I won’t try again for a third time.
