Premier Lemon & Glycerin Swabsticks, Wrapped in 3s, Pack of 25

I bought these for my disabled son as he is peg fed (cerebral palsy) and it is important to keep his mouth fresh and a clean feeling in his mouth during the day as he does not eat .these were good value and having to buy due to my local health authority stopped supplying these ( thanks Mr prime minister!!!) Nice and moist and ok taste ,as some previous ones from local community nurse supply I had to add more water . I also use these for my son after his teeth brushing with alcohol free mouth wash and are also lovely and fresh tasting (lemony mint flavour :) recommended for the use required and I have never had a issue with any bits coming off in his mouth /bitten off, and very secure when tested by my son , but again all equipment should always be used with a competent carer /mum .

Bought these for my mother after she was discharged from hospital. She had a very dry mouth and sore tongue which was making her feel pretty miserable. Read all the positive reviews and decided they were worth a go! She thinks they are amazing and they have really helped. The price was reasonable but I would honestly pay more just for the fact that they have helped so much. Would definitely purchase again.

I bought this for my Mum when she was end of life, after the community nurse suggested they could be helpful however on receiving the box it said not for oral use. The nurse looked up the ingredients and then used one. I was scared to because of my Mum’s poor cough reflex. So a misprint caused a great deal of anxiety at a tremendously challenging time. They were helpful in keeping her mouth moist, it’s a matter of carefully coating the entire mouth. Watch a video on YouTube to get an idea if you’ve not seen it done by a professional.

Very good product, especially for patients at end of life. Excellent refreshment for a dry mouth. Beware though, they're quite sticky!

Quite good, to moisten lips and mouth while ill

These are fantastic. I used them when my mum was in the final stages of cancer and found it extremely difficult to clear her own mouth. I thought that the lemon might be a bit too sour, but was very surprised and happy to find that it was not overpowering at all. Very effectively clears the mouth and moistens the lips with ease.

perfect for my elderly mother who is nil by mouth and gets a dry mouth... they are very lemony as i tried them myself and very cold bizarrely when they come out of the packet, which is useful.
