As i would like to the gel version** A: It was a white cream like substance . The dispenser was easy to use and I would buy it again. It went on smoothly and had more like a gel consistency than a heavy cream. I used the exclusively on the 'lower regions', therefore I have no idea how it fares on armpit or chest hair or anything like that. Works like a dream for the most part, I tend to get a bit of a sore rash for couple days after on my inner thigh - just there and nowhere else at all which I thought was weird. I leave the cream on for the max 10mins and then scoop/wash off and it's great, not sure what else to say.
