Customer service Sucks

Terrible customer service. Complete lack of responsibility if a product is shipped but misses a feature for some reason. in this case a magnet of one of the locks was missing. Pointing to Amazon but refusing to take responsibilty. The books are normally awsome. The customer service sucks

Wunderschön und sehr hochwertig!

Ich habe mir dieses wunderschöne Buch als goldenes Buch für den heiligen Nikolaus gekauft. Es kommt unglaublich gut an und sieht einfach wunderschön aus. Es ist sehr wertig, schwer und eine Freude darin zu schreiben vor allem mit einem richtigen Füller. In unserer hochmodernen Zeit ist es schön, etwas per Hand aufzuschreiben, was einem wichtig ist. Das Buch kann ich nur empfehlen. Es ist für den Preis wirklich wunderbar und es kommt noch schöner raus als auf den Fotos dargestellt obwohl die schon super sind!

Granddaughter loved it.

I haven't actually seen this journal as I had it shipped directly to my 14-year old granddaughter. She wanted a big journal that looked like a wizard's potion book that she could both write & sketch in. She says it's exactly what she wanted and she loves it. It has loads of unlined pages and she's sure it will last her at least a year.
