Can I use this to shower? Or is it only used as a hand soap?

I did use this soap to shower when I went on a long distance walk for two months. I decided that I prefer ordinary small bars of soap because they lather up more. I still take these soap flakes as a back up to small bars of soap when I go long distance walking though because they are so lightweight. You do have to be careful not to handle them with wet hands. I take a few out and put them in another small container to take to the shower. That way they don't all get wet.

how many leaves does it come with?

it comes with 50 leaves and you probably need to use 3 or 4 at a time.

Can I take these on a plane with hand luggage?

Yes no problem - we've just been travelling across Central America and the leaves were in my hand luggage - no challenges at all!

Can anyone tell me the ingredients please?

The only thing I can suggest is that you contact the manufacturer. I have an incredibly sensitive skin and even the advertised "gentle and kind on the skin" soaps - and I've tried them all - bring me out in a rash or make me itch uncontrollably so I have to take antihistamine to stop it. These little leaves don't which is why I have them with me all the time. Even the gunk the hospital supply when I go in unexpectedly isn't "kind" to my skin at all. Hope this helps.
