The controls are touch sensitive and quite easy to grasp after a few minutes of playing around and the sound quality of the provided headphones is surprisingly high! The AGPTEK A01 has 8GB of internal flash memory (that's a lot of .mp3 songs) and can take SD expansion cards up to 128GB of memory - Although I haven't required that much yet.
