will this fit any camping trailer

Yes - it has two 10mm holes which you can put bolts through onto any trailer. I can't remember 100%, but I think they are 105mm apart. Separately available is a mounting kit which saves you having to drill holes through your trailer if you don't want to - that costs about an extra £10, but is unnecessary if you are happy drilling 2 holes.

is this suitable for a horse trailer?

Yes, I have had 3 of these jockey wheels on horse boxes and they are a very good product, one slight criticism is the knob on the handle really needs to be a little higher, if you are not careful, you can catch your fingers on the support bar.

will this clamp on to a round tube trailer or is the clamp for a square bar'd trailer ?

My trailer is an Ivor Williams, square bar. But I guess you could adapt the fittings to fit a round bar. Maybe using some aerial u clamps?

It fitted perfectly as a replacement on my trailer. Good value and no need to replace existing clamp. First impressions it is heavy and robust so would recommend for this size

More for a trailer than a caravan

I use this on my 4 berth caravan and it's fine, if a little short for hitching to a jeep grand cherokee. I have to use it with a block under the wheel. Nothing wrong with the product, just something to bare in mind when using a big 4x4. Also, for me, the winding handle does not clear the caravan handbrake, so it hits it with every turn, but that may only be my setup. Good value for money though.

Be careful ordering this, the gauge is OK but it's quite short. You get what you pay for, overall it's quite inferior to some other manufacturers.
