This is a cheap, basic neck support and it works very well. A family member recently diagnosed with polymyalgia rhuematica found it very hard to relax whilst sitting. This has made life very much more comfortable, and I imagine it would be great for the traveller, too. I have seen a couple of reviews from customers who say the filling leaks out - but that cannot be correct, as the filling is actually a single piece of memory foam incased in a cotton bag. That is the filling. There are no little bits to leak, and I was surprised by reading their reviews. Other reviews were fine, so I trusted them, and my gut, and went ahead. Nice little item.

Purchased this for my husband who is disabled and sleeps a lot. I was worried about his neck as his head falls forward, this pillow is soft and adapts to your shape. It’s much better than a blow up one and I would recommend it.

Does its job well and makes my car and train journeys easier giving great support and comfort to my neck and shoulders . This is the second one I have bought because they work and are very good value for money .

This is a brilliant product. The outer layer: It is very soft. It's removable by zip and washable. The inner: I believe it's the right amount of softness to not feel uncomfortable, and it is the right amount of firmness to provide support to the neck. This is personal preference though as I think it would be like buying a pillow - not everyone will like it. > One thing to note.. if you're wearing anything thick on the shoulders like a coat, or something with a neck collar attached to it, this neck support may not be comfortable to use; as for me it sits higher up and doesn't work. Nice shape, firm not hard, no smell and good size, however, didn't suit my neck shape so not any good for me sadly. I didn't bother returning as the price was really good and I didn't think it worth the effort.

I didn’t expect to, but I use this every day. I have neck pain and it helps a lot when I have a car journey or am sat up watching TV or reading. As it is memory foam, it is a little hard to begin with but it’s surprisingly comfortable and it becomes a little less firm over time, which is definitely a good thing. It hasn’t lost it’s shape at all in the couple months I’ve been using it like other pillows I’ve had. The material is kind of velvet like, which is very soft and comfortable. The price on this is really good for what you get, and I imagine I will get a lot of use out of this for a long time.

This is so soft but supportive at the same time, I fell asleep very easily!

Väldigt skön och anpassningsbar, dvs för alla sittplatser med dåligt nackstöd. I vissa lägen bra uppoch ner...Går ibland runt med kudden om halsen hemma, tidsfråga innan jag gömmer ta av den när jag går ut....

Looks like cheap quality foam is inserted into kids pant and tied with thread... non return product... waste of money

Not so big as expected. Size is very small. And it's not comfortable for ur neck it will start paining as I have experienced.
