Excellent product made my hair feel soft and tangle free. Also found it easier to blow dry into the style that I wanted. A lovely fresh smell with hints of coconut. Great value especially as, you don’t need to use much.

I absolutely love this shampoo and conditioner! As I was planning on having a kerastraight treatment on my hair, I needed to find a shampoo conditioner that was both salt and sulphate free. After researching what one was best, I decided to go for this product over the kerastraight one. If I'm honest, the price did put me off a little at first. However, it was more than worth the money! Both items have a lovely, soft coconut scent which is fresh and not overwhelming. The shampoo lathers surprisingly well for a sulphate free shampoo and a little goes a long way. With the conditioner, you only need the smallest amount as it spreads really well and it's more like an intensive conditioner. My hair feels lovely and clean after using the products and it's left feeling soft, healthy and manageable. As you only need such a small amount of both the shampoo and conditioner, the price is offset as the bottles last ages! After my kerastraight treatment stared to wear off (about 4 1/2 months), my hair was still far softer, shinier and more manageable than before. This I attribute to the shampoo and conditioner. I've just had another kerastraight treatment and bought more of the NYK1 products. I'll definitely continue to use them even if I don't keep up with the kerastraight!

First impressions, love the packaging and presentation, looks very professional and trustworthy, large bottles with alternative pumps. The original caps didn’t open properly so I substituted them with the alternatives. The shampoo is quite thin and diluted, you need quite a lot of the product to produce suds. The conditioner is very thick, so was pleased with that. The smell of both of them reminds me of Baylis and Harding but just not as yummy. I usually use kerasilk since I had a keratin treatment done a while ago and my hair is quite damaged, but kerasilk is very expensive, and honestly this product is a great alternative, feels better in my hair and is half the price. I will be repurchasing :)

The first time I bought this I absolutely loved both the shampoo and the very creamy conditioner. I was running low so re-ordered it in March but didn't start using it until a couple of weeks ago. I noticed the conditioner was really watery unlike the first one. Gradually my hair started to feel very dry, like straw, and has gone a very brassy colour and my scalp is itchy. Looking at the reviews left by other people quality control seems absent. I won't be buying this again and what I've got left will be thrown away.

By far the best shampoo and conditioner I have ever used. I initially bought as I was needing a salt and sulphate free shampoo after a keratin treatment on my hair. I was initially put of by the smell. When hair is wet, the smell is not the best. Initially on using this shampoo and conditioner I wasn't sure it was worth the money. However, after a couple of weeks, I noticed that the condition of my hair was so much better. Now I have been using this for 7 months (one bottle has lasted that long!). It lathers beautifully with only a small amount of shampoo. My keratin treatment is long gone but my hair is so silky soft and manageable and drying it is a breeze. I often used to wash my hair every day but my hair stays silky and soft for 3 days at a time. My hair is naturally curly and I used to have to straighten it every day. However, prolonged use of this shampoo and conditioner have meant that I can virtually dry it straight with a hairdryer and it stays straight. If I run the straighteners over it then it looks like a perfect salon finish. This product has completely exceeded my expectations but please persevere with it to see amazing results. I have just ordered my second lot and I will not be using anything else. Although expensive you only need to use minimal amount so the cost balances out. Thank you to the team at NK1 who have created such an amazing product!! 👏🥰😊

El producto es de muy buena calidad en lo personal el olor me encanta pero dura poco 😕. Llevo 1 mes usando el producto y es super bueno, mi cabello se ve diferente sin frizz, liso, hidratado. Al principio el cabello me quedaba grasoso pero me di cuenta por mi peluquera que era porque no dejaba que el shampoo actuara su tiempo así que hay que aplicarlo al principio del baño y lavarlo al final y masajear bastante. Después me di cuenta que me quedaba reseco pero mi peluquera me dijo que aplicara un serum y aplique aceite natural de coco y la verdad después de eso mi cabello se ha vuelto una pasada. Esta super hidratado me dura mucho y se ve super genial. Lo recomiedo para cabello graso y grueso con frizz como el mio con el aceite de como o un serum

In some revieew I have seen that there were complaints about its smell so I had worries but it smells like coconut and it softened my hair very gently and I shaped my hair easier..My hair is thick and long. I recommend it.

I just did a nanoplastia treatment and bought this shampoo and balsam. It's o gentle yet so effective once the hair gets oily! I am happy with this purchase overall!
