Good stuff, not as good as a pre workout but helps you stay focused!

Great pre-workout product! It tastes refreshing and gives a noticeable energy boost without jitters. Packed with amino acids and vitamin C, it helps with both focus and recovery. Perfect for workouts!

As you would expect from such a reputable company, another great product. It gave me a nice little energy boots before hitting the gym with no horrible side effects. There is a slight taste to it nothing to over powering much like a cheap own brand squash palatable is the best way to describe it. The powder mixes easily with water (9mg to 330ml) it is as with most of O.Ns range expensive, but you do get what you pay for, yes there are cheaper alternatives, but if cost isn't something you have to worry about this is for you.

I wanted a preworkout to give me energy for gym workout and cardio that wasnt as insane as jack3d or craze and that I could take as an everyday pick me up. I'd also read about the benefits of taking amino's for fitness so this powder seemed to fit the bill. First off i took 4 scoops half an hour before my workout on an empty stomach, 15 mins later i could feel the beta alanine buzz, i had a pleasant buzz giving me that extra energy for weighted circuits followed by some short cardio. I didn't feel any crash like some other products even though the buzz was short. I've since drank amino energy in a smaller dose before a night out, enjoying this product as a great alternative to coffee. The only negative is how quickly I have gone through the tub, if you plan to take it as a preworkout then at 5-6 scoops at a time, it will be gone pretty quick. But as a break from concentrated preworkouts this is a great product.

Excellent service and good value. I think it is the best quick hit for energy during my workouts that I have found. I've used it for several years now.

Fit For Purpose I bought this product to give me an extra kick of energy at the end of a long day at work before going to the gym as I often feel tired/drained after working all day. I opted for optimum nutrition because I am aware that it is a good brand. I have never had a pre workout before so I didn't want to spend too much money which is why I went for the orange flavour (it was one of the cheaper flavours at the time). I think this was a mistake on my part because I am not too keen on this flavour at all which has put me off using it too often. It is perfectly fine to drink and it is not in any way horrible to taste but I just think I would have enjoyed other flavours more. As for its effects as a pre workout, I am not wholly convinced. I do not feel as though it really gives me any more energy than a piece of fruit or a strong green tea. My boyfriend has suggested having it first thing in the morning before having eaten anything else as he thinks it is more effective on an empty stomach! So at the moment the jury is still out on this I am afraid. Packaging Came extremely well packaged to prevent any damage to the product. Delivery Delivery was fast & free. Value for money Great for the money as you only need a small scoop per serving so this will last for ages! I think my boyfriend's lasts him over 3 months & he has it 5-6 times per week. This is my favourite pre run drink. Tried a few others but there were that many calories in them it was messing up my macros - as amino energy comes in around just 30 calories I’ve got it burned off in no time. At one point I started to wonder if it really worked or if it drinking it was just habit so did a few runs without it......could really tell the difference so now I make sure I never run out. Not so keen on the orange flavour but it’s still drinkable (i’ll generally buy whichever is cheapest when I’m ready to order).

i started using this after joining the gym in September. I am now on my 3rd tub and use different amounts depending on the day/time etc. It makes such a difference and does help me carry on through the classes i go to. If i don't have any because i am attending a class later in the evening, i certainly notice a difference! Must have and this is the cheapest i can find online and my gym charges £30.00. Delivery is quick and i would not buy from anywhere else now.

Très bon produit très qualitatif, le goût à l'orange est assez bon, je le prend pendant ma séance, très agréable à boire et apporte les nutriments dont le corps à besoins pour la séance et récupération

ON products tend to be on the pricier side but this is still great value. Useful for training or leisure purposes, not too sweet either.
