BubbleBum Inflatable Travel Booster Seat – Portable Backless Kids Car Seat

My son is due to start school soon, and I work in a different town (and his car seat is installed in my car). We needed some sort of seat if a situation arose where he needed collecting quickly, and rather than someone having a spare seat stored in their garage to get mouldy on the off chance it may be needed one day, we figured this would be an appropriate solution for the emergency contact to keep at home. It folds down and stores nicely, incredibly lightweight and quick to inflate and install and feels sturdy and good quality. We gave it a trial run, and it positions him nicely and situates the seatbelt comfortably and securely for him. It's great value and ideal for what we need. I think we would even get some extra mileage out of it on future holidays too. Whilst I wouldn't use it regularly, it's a fab solution for unexpected journeys where a high back booster isn't available and is far better than relying on just a seatbelt alone which isn't adequate for a smaller passenger.

I bought this 16 months ago and wanted to properly test it before reviewing. I’ve used it loads for holidays, trips in other people’s cars and when I’ve had extra children in my car, and it’s been brilliant. It still looks like new with no air leaking and feels really secure when in use. The carry case makes it easy to take with you, and it works well for my tall 6-year-old as well as smaller children. Several people have been so impressed after seeing mine that they’ve bought one too! I’ll definitely be using it for many more trips. Photos are from now, after 16 months of regular use.

These are really handy for short trips. Fold up fairly compact if you deflate them. Kids say they’re comfy. The shoulder strap is a bit fiddly to get on and off the seatbelt, especially if you’re in a taxi and rushing to get in/out.

After spending an age looking for a portable travel seat for our La trip, found this. All the reviews were favourable so decided to take a gamble due to it's portability and ease of use. This was best decision ever. As we were travelling around, this car seat deflates small enough to put in its carry bag and can be manually inflated in seconds. Surprisingly sturdy and comfortable, my 4 year old had no issues using it throughout ur 2 week vacation. Very versatile for family members who help with childcare, as when deflated it takes up very little room. Just buy!

We bought them for our twins just over a year ago. We have used them a few times and now on a holiday found that one is deflating in minutes so no good. Even before this discovery I felt they didn’t stay in place well with the children often sliding off them. They also complained they weren’t comfortable. They are a good idea but I think need a redesign. Perhaps don’t have them as inflatable as I wouldn’t mind something that size which didn’t need inflating

Both the Bubble Bum and the Teleport booster seats are really clever products. They are both very transportable and easy to use. I had to get in touch with the company regarding a minor issue with my first order and their customer service was absolutely first class - quick to respond and went above and beyond to assist me.

Dieser aufblasbare Kindersitz ist eine absolute Erleichterung. Passt ins Handgepäck oder lässt sich am Rucksack befestigen. Er dient zuhause als Notfallsitz und gleichzeitig perfekt für Reisen (bspw. Taxi zum Flughafen oder auch vor Ort). Er war schon oft im Einsatz und ist sehr einfach in der Bedienung. Aufblasen, zudrehen (am besten schon mit den Zähnen beim Aufblasen, damit keine Luft entweicht). Luft ablassen, zusammenklappen bis jegliche Luft entwichen ist, wieder zudrehen und ab in den kleinen Sack. Sehr praktisch ist auch der Gurt, der hinter dem Rücken des Kindes, am Autogurt befestigt werden kann. Damit stabilisiert man den Autogurt nochmal, sodass dieser schön über der Schulter liegt und nicht am Hals des Kindes. Wirklich super durchdacht!

Siège auto gonflable utilisé dans le cadre d'un voyage où nous avions loué une voiture de location. Très pratique. Convient plutôt pour des courts trajets néanmoins car moins confortable qu'un "vrai" siège auto. Il est de taille compacte donc pratique également pour installer sur le siège du milieu, entre 2 autres sièges auto.
