2 Pack - Kool-Aid Powdered Drink Mix 538g Tub (1.076kg Total) (Grape & Tropical Fruit)

I know it’s unhealthy but I was craving ice cold artificial flavoured drinks in the summer (and the sweeter the better).I purchased Kool Aid cherry and grape flavours and find them both pleasant. However, for me to get a desired flavour / sweetness I needed a few more spoonfuls than stated on the packaging.I’ve seen online that these taste great when mixed with orangeade - will need to try one day!

Son did the “smell” test and really wouldn’t try the grape due to its smell.Both powders excessively bright colours.’son ended up quadrupling quantity of cherry to water so it “tasted better” . AfterTrying myself if you want a clear Cherry flavour you do need to be heavy handed but at that ratio the drink was almost day glow red. Still haven’t tried the grape tbh.Not surprised on you tube people use the powder to dye hair when mixed with hair products lol. Not sure I would buy again. But for a party drink the kids will love it.

Grape tastes like Caribbean cola if you’re English and cherry tastes like a cough sweet.

The sachets are better value.I bought these after having purchased a selection of sachets and believe I was buying the same product in a different format.The sachets make a greater quantity and are unsweetened so can be sweetened to taste and/or with sweetener.

Just like being a kid again. Really nice flavours. You can make it as strong or weak as you want. I find 3.5 tea spoons makes 400ml of drink perfect. Pots will last me ages.
