Can you apply this to baby's face?

I am applying it to my baby’s face. I tried it on her leg before applying it all over the body. It’s very mild and was not suitable for eczema prone skin.

Can I use this for newborns?

Hi, Can this be used for a 3 year old boy and a 7 year old girl ?
