Love!!
What a wonderful book!!I love this colouring book.I have recently discovered Mandalas are my colouring pages of choice- I love the repetitive patterns and also the effects you can create just just the right pens.A large number of different mandalas printed on black paper- the colours pop so dramatically especially with glitter or neon gel pens.Paper is of a medium quality- fully suited for the price paid.Print quality is great too- all mandalas are clear and consistent throughout. Also all mandalas are printed single sided on the paper- so no losing pages should you colour with markers that leak through the page- Always a winner for me :)Some of the images are more simple- so if you want to grab a quick colour and not pay too much time to the picture- but theres also many more complicated ones for when you feel the need to do a detailed high spec picture. And the addition of a tester page is a wonderful idea- I can now do a little check to see how much I like the colour on the black background- and not feel like I've spoilt a whole page through bad colour choices. This is my 2nd Pegasus colouring book- and this is by far my favourite.

Excellent patterns
Really like this format and am so pleased to have such a good selection of interesting and in some cases very challenging patterns. I had been using another brand which I was enjoying to start with, but their latest book is so disappointing with repeated patterns and in some cases such simplistic designs I couldn't be bothered to even start on any. This and the other book that came with it is the absolute opposite. I am supposed to be working this afternoon but just HAD to try out the new pens on the new books. Which to me shows how good the selection really is. I am hooked!

Nice mandalas but ..
It is nice but I’m really disappointed as one mandala is on one page and the page next to the manual is a page all in black. If you have greasy/sweaty/dirty hands, it will leave horribles stains on this black page. I don’t even know the material of this black page.In order to avoid this stains caused by hands when I’m colouring my mandalas, I have to cover the black page with a piece of paper then I can hold correctly the book then colouring the mandalaAll mandalas are beautiful and I think that a good idea to put them next to a black page. The mandala is nicely showing up thanks to the contrast of this black page. But as explained above, I don’t know the material of this black page but it leaves stains of your hands everywhereHello fingers print — —‘

Lovely patterns but some faults in the paper as shown in pic, paper quite thin but for the money a nice book.

Best mandala book I've got
I'm not a massive lover of mandala books, I'm not sure why I just don't really enjoy them. But I like midnight versions of books because I love to use neon pens and bright coloured sharpies.I love this book, some designs aren't exactly typical mandala which I love. And the neon pens look amazing on them. The paper is much thicker than the previous book I've had from the same designer. Much better but I still need to use card if I use sharpies.I've attached my neon version for you to see, I love it it looks amazing.

The pictures in this book are beautiful, and the fact they are printed on black ...
This is a lovely book. The pictures in this book are beautiful, and the fact they are printed on black paper adds to the magical theme. The paper is of average quality, however I reccomend a protective layer of paper inbetween pictures, especially if like me you are using pen.I have used Smiggle glutter pens to add to the magic feel.Love all of the pictures in this addition and it is different to other mandala books. It is also the first black paper book I have had.Highly reccomend it. Good value and quick delivery.

Fantastic mandalas def worth it x
Another great book of mandalas and like the black background so you dont have to try and do a background but can do if you want, the book ranges from super easy to very intricate (see pics) using markers id say put a piece of card or something under it i found spectrum noir marker pens didnt bleed through very much, def a great book for all ages.

will definitely need fine liners for some
Some of these have VERY tiny bits, will definitely need fine liners for some, and not sure I have the patience especially if I cant work out what goes under what and if it belongs to another bit somewhere else. I may well NOT be colouring the whole book. It's my first mandala experience, and it's a shame as I think some of them will be lovely. Pages are thin but black backed and haven't bled through to the next page, so thumbs up there. It's ok, but I wouldn't be in a rush to but another by this designer.

Cute Book!
I love this book! It's a little smaller than a standard book measuring 7 1/2" x 9", so great for taking on the go!All pages are printed on single side, black backed pages, non-perforated. Also, all pages have a black background, which I love, because it really makes the mandalas pop!On the sample page below, I used gel pens. I know fineliners and pencils would work great too. There's a lot of small detail, so I don't know how well regular markers work, but when I try those, I will update. This is a great book to just relax and color!I did receive this book for free in return for my honest review.
