I bought these as a simple way to supplement folic acid, and they've been easy to incorporate into my daily routine. The tablets are small, easy to swallow, and the 60-tablet pack lasts a reasonable amount of time. I also like that they include vitamin B12 alongside the folic acid, which makes them a bit more convenient than buying separate supplements.
