How is this poster packaged for delivery. Is it rolled ?

Quest Posters ships out posters rolled in a postal tube.

What frame is needed?

They sell 61x91.5cm frames in quite a few places. I'd recommend IKEA personally. They sell for between £15-19 each. Fits like a glove.
