I spent years hearing people say that eye masks improve your quality of sleep... I wouldn't say I particularly believed them, although I didn't disbelieve them either... I really wish I had listened to them before now... Since buying this eye mask I get 8 hours sleep a night... (obviously this depends on what time I go to bed)... It isn't just the length of time I sleep... Its the quality of sleep... I wear a sports watch that measures sleep time as well as hours of deep sleep... I'm not for a minute going to suggest that these watches are scientifically accurate... because they are not... However... I am able to look back at the readings before wearing the eye mask and after... and there is a substantial improvement in overall sleep duration as well as the duration of deep sleep... This is all the evidence I need to be convinced that the eye mask improves sleep... Its not rocket science that there are huge benefits to our health and wellbeing from sleeping well... This eye mask is comfortable and completely 'black-out'... My concerns that it would be uncomfortable and irritating were unfounded... I got used to it after the first night of wearing it... I hang it on my bed post and slip it on as soon as I feel like going to sleep... I'll even go one step further... I actually look forward to sleep nowadays... I never used to remember my dreams, but now I do... Its pretty cool... Highly recommended... Just as a footnote... I haven't got round to wearing the enclosed ear plugs yet... that seems like a step too far... but It wouldn't surprise me if they improved sleep even further...

Blocks out light well and comfortable to wear in bed. However, the black dye transfers onto the bedding!

This is a non-negotiable in my sleeping routine. + adjustable band + soft, cool fabric +sits well on the face - not really the eye mask, but the ear plugs are nothing special

Es de un material suave como sedoso y es fresco. Lo uso en verano sin aire acondicionado y no me da calor. Tiene una goma elástica ajustable por lo que se adapta a cualquier tamaño de cabeza. Se ve de buena calidad y duradero. En la noche con luces de la calle o ambiental se ve totalmente oscuro y cuando se usa de día apenas se percibe ligeramente luz por lo que permite dormir en un lugar iluminado sin problema como si fuera de noche. Viene con dos juegos de tapones para los oídos de un material viscoelástico. Producto recomendable.

This eye mask has actually proved to be even better than I thought it'd be. It's very soft, really blocks out light, breathable (creates no sweat, which can be the case with synthetic materials) and the possibility to adjust the strap is essential for someone like me, who uses this every night for sleep. Another plus is that it comes in a practical little ziplock bag, useful when travelling. I still wonder if this is really silk (because of the low price and since there is no mention of the material on the actual product), but the material is great no matter what it is. I really recommend this eye mask!

I became very sensitive to any amount of light and sound over the past 5 years. Night time has been very poor in sleep if I hear any sound or the slightest hint of light. I had tried sleep masks before, usually the strap is flimsy and they don't truly block out light around the nasal area. WOW that all changed last week. I LOVE this mask and ordered a back up. I fits snugly, yet very comfortably around the bridge of the nose, with a hugging head strap. It feels luxurious and blocks out all light ! I had never used ear plugs before, this changed everything, I truly have not slept this well in years !

Very soft and silky. Doesn't hug my eyeballs too tight so that it hurts like most other eye masks. It's good value for money. Adjustable back strap. You can feel a slight pull in the centre axis of the eye mask, but it's not extreme luxury, so I wouldn't complain. The ear buds are a really nice addition. I would recommend!
