How many drops are in a bottle?

Not sure - but taken every day last about 6 weeks

Does it have to be mixed in water? The instructions aren’t clear

I just put a drop or two under my tongue. I find it very effective and it was recommended by my doctor. Hope this helps.

are these vegan friendly?

As a vegetarian I'm not sure what vegan's would consider friendly. I can only say that the drops have a nice taste of watery lemons, there doesn't seem to be any animal ingredients, the rest of the ingredients are a bit of mystery to me.

Do they have to be kept in the fridge ?

I don't keep mine in the fridge and they don't appear to have deteriorated.
