Is the product supposed to have a seal? I received mine without a seal and had a little dried cream when I opened. I wanted to use it on my toddlers .

There's never been a seal on this product even when I've bought it from a shop. Sometimes you do get tiny bit of dried cream in lid, I believe its just from the natural bee product. Hope this helps

Has the milk and honey one changed much? I bought it once over 10 years ago and it looks different now

It is a bit greasy for the face but I have done so when my skin is really dry and sensitive.

Can this be used as a moisturiser?

I never tried it on my face, but I wouldn't recommend it. It was a lovely body moisturiser made skin very soft.
