A: It’s a lovely toy for children or adults, yes the arms do separate

**Q: Can it be washed or is it sponge clean only?**
A: Think it is sponge clean only due to the nature of the fur

**Q: How long does the fur shed for ?**
A: I've  only just bought it so dont know

**Q: Is this suitable for young children as fur sheds dreadfully?**
A: I bought this for 2 to 4 year old children in nursery I worked for. This is the best quality among 3 other ones which were much cheaper than this. I am not sure how young is your child but this is a good quality and i had no problem for 2 year old children.

Excellent soft toy that just keeps hanging around! We have redecorated our guest room with a jungle theme and had some ugly pipes which we have boxed in. I thought it would be fun to put a tree branch in front with a sloth hanging from it. Our new friend 'Sid' makes everyone smile and is a funky addition to our room. The seller was excellent: Sid arrived very promptly, well packaged and of a very good quality. We would recommend him or one of his companions!
