It was time to purchase myself some warm socks to replace my thin (and now hole-y) summer ones. The way thermal socks work is that they're designed to keep heat in, so if your feet are really cold to start with it won't make that big a difference. Just bare that in mind. I found it best to put them on straight after a hot shower and your feet will remain toasty all day long. The title is a little misleading, it could be read that the socks are 3 tog but in reality they're 2.3 tog. Due to the thickness of the sock I found it uncomfortable to wear with smart shoes or trainers, so for wearing to work they're no good which is a shame. I cannot fault the product for that though as they keep my feet nice and warm all evening after a long day! Cannot recommend them enough, money well spent.
