Best moisturiser I have used in years. Lovely gel like texture and lightweight but a little goes a long way. My skin is much improved since using this.

This is super calming and nourishing on the face. It has essential ingredients like hyaluronic acid and amino acid with is very good for the skin barrier band hydration. Does leave my skin look and feel hydrating. It smells lovely but it does have a sharp sting on my skin for a few minutes!

As I've gotten older my skin has decided it doesn't want creamy, scented, sticky or gloopy 'products'. It's not enamoured of so many products these days... but it really does like this Neutrogena Hydro Boost gel. It's very easily absorbed. I use it after a shower. A blob in my hands swiped on to my face like I'm washing, ending with a swipe down on to my neck. I feels lovely. Cooling. There's no tacky feel either. It absorbs completely. My old face and skin veer toward dry. I very occasionally get a little eczema... this helps. It leaves me feeling - very cliche but honest - fresh. I used to pay a lot for brands that cost a small fortune. I do wonder now whether it was ever worth it. This particular product has been on my Christmas stocking list the last six years. My children's hot line to Santa has ensured I haven't had to spend anything! Buy this, add it to your Christmas list!

Love this product so light and fresh, totally non greasy and super hydrating

I really love this product. It melts into the skin instantly and feels incredibly light, almost like water, but still leaves my skin properly hydrated. It doesn’t feel greasy at all and, most importantly for me, it doesn’t clog my pores, which is rare. The formula is based on hyaluronic acid, which is great for attracting and holding moisture in the skin, along with amino acids and electrolytes that help support the skin barrier and keep hydration levels up throughout the day. You can really feel that “plumped” hydrated effect after applying it. It’s oil-free and very lightweight, so it works well under makeup and for daily use. Neutrogena is a well-known dermatology-led brand (part of Johnson & Johnson), and their products are generally developed with skin health in mind. In terms of animal testing, they do not test on animals where it is not required by law, but they are not considered fully cruelty-free globally. For my skin, which is quite dry, this product is perfect during the day, but I do need to pair it with a richer moisturiser at night (like their Hydro Boost Gel-Cream for extra dry skin) to get enough nourishment overnight. Overall, a really good daily moisturiser if you want something lightweight, hydrating, and non-clogging.

Box was open on arrival. No seal internally, was very stingy on my skin needed to remove.

I normally use Clinique moisture surge or moisture surge intense, but due to recently going bald there's now a lot more room to cover, and due to not wanting to allow my baldness to empty my bank account, I thought to try a slightly cheaper alternative. I have quite spot prone skin so generally go for something that's oil free and non-comedogenic, and this has worked really well over the last month, and I haven't had any flare ups. Doesn't leave residue, absorbs quickly, moisturises enough so my pores don't leak oil through the day, really very happy. Give it a try.

So good, my skin is better now than 5 years ago or when I was a teenager. Definitely recommend to sensitive skin and mixed skin prone to acne.

Perfect for very oily skin, light and moisturizing

I don't like it, my face feels sticky after using it and I see that it doesn't help me reduce skin sebum.
