The best
Excellent quality cacao! I add it to my coffee and it tastes amazing. The flavour is rich, smooth, and naturally chocolatey without being bitter. It blends well, enhances the coffee perfectly, and gives a lovely depth and aroma. You can really tell it’s high quality. I’ll definitely keep buying this and highly recommend it for anyone who enjoys cacao in their coffee

Excellent Quality Cacao Powder -- Highly Recommended
This is very high-quality, organic cacao powder that comes in an easily resealable package. It has a delicious flavour for cooking, baking or adding to your coffee in the morning, which I happen to do. You can also use it to make hot chocolate if you wish. But I use it because it is so healthy. Don't hesitate to buy this cacao powder as it is the real deal and very good for you! This is highly recommended!

Good product good brand
I got 1.8 kilo 13th april finnished 5th june, it replaced coffee in a week, about 3 weeks in i lost 1 stone in two weeks, i felt satiated if thats how you spell it, 2 weeks in i did feel more consistence in my energy. I had 1 heaped teaspoon in 300 mil of water i tried adding almond or oat milk but i thought it defeats the purpose. I do feel its expensive however im glad i tried it, i will do this once a year to help detox, oh yes get a pitcher and a milk frother to mix it and if you put a sprinkle of coffee it enhances the flavour, a pinch not a teaspoon hope this helps

Solid alternative.
Not as tasty or as strong as the one from Costco but bought a kilo of this stuff so plowing through 😁. Need 2tbsp for a hot choc compared to 1tbsp needed with the Nature's Heart brand. Really didn't like it at first but getting used to the taste now. Appreciate the Amazon prime next day delivery benefits...so even though not as nice, it's a solid alterntative at a reasonable price, especially if like me you're not able to or don't have access to costco.

Excellent-quality organic cacao.
This is the nicest organic cacao I've come across. I had previously purchased a very expensive, tiny jar of "raw" cacao but, when it was time to replace it, spent some time researching the product only to find it hadn't been raw at all. However, reading up led me to what is apparently a heated (no pun intended...) discussion about whether raw cacao is actually better for you or harmful. Please do take a moment to do your own research if you instantly think (like I did) that raw was better. I've actually been convinced now that it's not. Ergo, I prefer Sevenhills Organics over brands that produce (or claim to produce) raw cacao. That aside, this really is great cacao. I use it in baking, desserts, and drinks. For those of you looking for a cocoa (hot chocolate) recipe, here's what I do: heat a mug's worth of milk (dairy or non-dairy) over medium heat until scalded (little bubbles appear around the edges). Add in a heaping tea spoon (not a teaspoon measure, just your favourite little spoon) of cacao, two teaspoons of sugar (or sugar substitute), a tiny pinch of sea salt, and a big pinch of vanilla bean powder (or 1/2 tsp vanilla extract). Mix over medium heat with a whisk until smooth. Adjust cacao and sweetener content to your liking. I promise, it doesn't take much longer than pre-made mix. (Yes, you can also use it with microwaved milk.)Do keep in mind, if you've not used natural cacao before, that it's naturally an "oily" product and thus will not emulsify easily in cold liquids without some help. For example, if you try to stir it into cold milk it will just settle on the top and in little powdery balls of uselessness. The easiest way to mix it into cold things is either with a blender or by mixing it with a small amount of hot water/milk/whatever liquid you're using and then combining that with the rest of your recipe. We're on our third bag of Sevenhills Organics cacao and I don't see us having a reason to switch any time soon!

Best Choice for Low Levels in Heavy Metals, Given Availability
Great product. I've done extensive research before choosing to go with one product for long-term use. I don't use it for baking, but daily consumption for the benefits of flavonoids and phenols (especially Epicatechins and Procyanidins).Pros:- For a cocoa powder, this is as little fat (both saturated and unsaturated) as it gets.- As low in sugar as it gets.- Raw and unalkalized (non-dutched), so the anti-oxidants should be as intact as possible.- I believe that the most restrictive regulations on heavy metals (Cadmium, Lead, Mercury, and Arsenic) in the world is California, then followed by E.U. The rest of the U.S. nor Canada has set specific maximum levels for cocoa products. I have contacted Sevenhills and was assured by them that their products sold on Amazon (Canada) have also gone through the same rigorous testing (by E.U. import authorities and their in-house testing).- Great price, especially when comparing with alternatives shipped in from the U.S. ('Reserveage CocoaWell True Energy' and 'CocoaVia Cocoa Powder'), which have been tested once for heavy metals by ConsumerLab.com (results were good) but do not have government regulations by the U.S. to ensure that such levels stay that way.- Mixes better than I have expected for a non-dutched cocoa powder. (Note: I am not saying it mixes better than other non-dutched cocoa powders, since I have no experiences with others).Things To Note:- As mentioned, this powder is raw, unsweetened, and non-dutched, hence it does not taste as much like chocolate as other cocoa powder products made for baking. I do not consider this a negative, because this is exactly the way I want my cocoa powder to be. Based on other reviews, it appears that some people even prefer this product's taste for baking.- This is a UK company. If the UK leaves the E.U., they might no longer be tested by E.U. import authority's regulations for heavy metals.

Versatilità - l'ho utilizzata in diverse ricette, come torte, biscotti e smoothie, ottenendo sempre ottimi risultati.
