Great wire, very workable for crafting with. Looks fantastic with the silver plating on it. I used this for a Scout session where we did science experiments and it was absolutely perfect as its very light weight too. It turned up on Prime also so could not fault the wire at all. I'd recommend this for any craft needs, as well as other uses such as hanging picture frames too.

I bought this to make a makeshift pigeon deterrent, essentially a mini single-wire fence, on top of my wooden fences in my back garden. The pigeons sit on the fence, and defecate, ruining its painted exterior.I hammered 5 nails along the top of the 2m fence, then took this wire, wrapped one end firmly around the 1st nail, stretched it hard so it remains levitating above the fence-top, then wrapped it around the other nails. It took almost no time at all, and is very discrete.So for this use, the 0.8mm thickness works perfectly for me. Any thicker, it becomes more visible, any thinner, it will probably snap when pulled hard. Hope this helps.

This wire is strong but easy to work with and manipulate. Good quality and quantity for the price, can’t go wrong! It does not tarnish either like some other brands! Over all impressed!

Overall this wire is good. It's great for the price, silver plated and good for making basic crafts. But I'm using it to make jewellery and if I'm going to start selling jewellery, this wire can't be used. When trying to bend it into a ring, it doesn't stay round and has bends in it. While trying to use jewellery pliers on it, the wire gets chipped and marked which is annoying. And then when I made a bracelet out of it and got a tiny bit of water on it while washing my hands, the wire turned green and tarnish.So for beginner who are experimenting, its perfect but for people who want to start a profession, I'd advise something better.

Just what I needed as string came out of my sons shorts and used this to feed it back through. Worked perfectly.

Fairly easy to use. I used it to wrap my Moldavite stone to make a pendant. I recon it’s a bit thick for jewellery making but I am no expert. Overall good quality. I wear it everyday and has not discoloured at all.
