Very easy to use

It started out being accurate when I got it. I don't know so much anymore. It does the job sometimes but I get many reading at 95. I take the temp a few times then it corrects itself. I passed my return time so I will just get another brand.

Was not happy with the duration of this thing it lasted exactly 2 years and now isn’t reading write, changing setting etc

At least the Amplim company is located in USA. Works better, more consistently, than another generic type I bought. The readings mean something when there aren’t wide variations for no reason. I guess the under tongue thermometer is best though in this price range. I never doubted a standard thermometer, which also saves a lot of time and unnecessary dwelling, rechecking, is this right or wrong, and you still don’t know for sure. Standard thermometer is better, read it, done. Only you have to sterilize it.
