No recycling program for pods.
I have contacted vitapod multiple time to obtain recycling bags from them as their website and advertising directs. I submitted a form twice on their website and emailed customer service as well. I have received no response which leaves me to believe their recycling program is a scam to get people like me who don’t want to create extra plastic waste to buy their product. I wrote and told them that my local recycling facility does not recycle these pods. I followed all of their directions for using their so called “recycling program.” But they simply have ignored all my requests. I will be cancelling my autoship. If they don’t care about their customers enough to even respond to them, they are not worth doing business with. Beware.

Needs better packaging!
Vitapod is an amazing product and we order it often. However, this time it was packaged with several other items and came smashed with all the granules everywhere! Was a mess! Need better packaging!

It is a lot easier for me to get my vitamins. I have issues with pills
I like the fact that I can finally get my vitamins without a problem of swallowing pill, gummies or powders. I do wish it wasn't so expensive for me.
