I have been buying this for over 15 years.First purchased whne trying to become pregnant and noticed the changes it also made to my hair and skin, so continued to take it. Sometimes, items aren't just for taking for a specific time in your life. The DHA can be used for longevity and well being. Just because it says something on packaing doesn't mean you can't used it for other benefits.I love this product - the DHA and combinations are exceptional compated to others. Will keep buying, so happy.

The best supplement you can take when trying to get pregnant. We tried for a long time, then straight after taking this we were pregnant. Easy to swallow, normal sized pills. Reasonably priced compared to other things on the market.

I've been using seven seas trying for a baby since the start of January along side vita west vital DHA & EPA capsules ( which I'm still using) and Coq10 capsules and conceived after 7 months of trying! Could just be a coincidence but am certain all of these vitamins have helped me conceive. I'm now nearly 7 weeks. Hoping this review helps someone 🙏 xPs. My husband was taking the male vita west vitamins plus the DHA & EPA.

If you’re in the same rubbish boat as me going through fertility you know that Zito West is arrived about in terms of products and this product is no different. It is really good. I use it every day with other products. I like to mix and match where I use it consistently every day. I’m sort of like a little bit of a secret believer that a little bit extra in things like this is perfectly fine the only problem which is why I’ve given it for size is that it needs to be a discount or a subscription item because like the West products are just notoriously expensive. I don’t think you should have to be when you’re paying thousands and spending your life savings trying desperately to have like your little miracle, I don’t think they should be extortion in terms of products , there are the products out there. That also use 5 out of five stars because the price is better but nevertheless it is a good product. I recommend it and the only thing that is down is the Zoe West Price.

These are a must for all Mums! I took them prior to conception and through out my pregnancy. A great supplement as we don't always get as much DHA in our diet as we should and it's imperative for baby development particularly the brain and eyes. It doesn't have a fishy after taste like some omega 3 supplements, really gentle on the stomach too. It ensures the you and baby are getting the right amount of DHA if your diet is lacking in it which is reassuring. Zita West knows her stuff, don't hesitate to buy these.

This is a must for any pregnancy, or when trying to conceive and when breast feeding. Unless you eats masses of oily fish (which in itself is not commended in pregnancy) it is so important to take extra omega supplements during this time to give your baby the best possible start in life as well as maintaining your omega levels which are seriously depleted during pregnancy. It is something your body is unable to make itself and must be consumed from the diet alone. I have heard that in the future it will be recommended to take omega supplements alongside folic acid for any expecting mother. I have taken this throughout both my pregnancies and can't recommend it highly enough.

Our kid was 9.5 oz. I don't know if this stuff had anything to do with it, but it sure didn't hurt. ;-)PS: this was a lovely supplement that my wife preferred because it did not cause any side-effects like reflux or burping from typical DHA supplements. It was a bit more money, but she needed less pills and tolerated them much better.
