I’m absolutely recommending this product if your man has a leak problem this is your answer my hubby refused to wear pads or anything and would be embarrassed to have leakage so I found this product and can’t tell you how great they are no more standing in from of blow dryer in bath rooms when we go out for dinner no more I have to go home expensive well worth money !!!!

The first pack I ordered was seen great and washed great. The last three packages, when washed, the pad inside the underwear twisted and turned and took a whileto straighten out. So I took my sewing machine and made small stitches to hold the pad in place. I'm not sure what changed in the make, but the twisting of the pad inside is an inconvenience. That being said, it absorbs well, doesn't hold smell, works great otherwise.

Thought they were a great idea because look like regular briefs, well they do not hold wetness well at all and caused an uncomfortable moment

Useful to protect against a small urine leak. Not good for large urine output overnight. Soft and well made .

Purchased for elderly father. Product great for first few hand washes even purchased more right away total of 6 pair. BUT I didn't realize how high thigh cut was till after after several hand washings and stretching started then leaking started around front thigh cut. Product pictures showed brief cut on most photos but if you look at true pictures when pour was shown you can see how truly HIGH thigh cut.
