I can’t recommend these. They are very thin and made of a brittle plastic that breaks easily. One arrived with a cracked lid and another with a piece missing from the rim. The lids are also loose and do not fit well. Not fit for purpose.

Just what Nigella asks for - I made 2 Christmas puds in these and despite 5 hours of steaming ( yes it was worth it!) they have been washed and are as good as new for next year .When plastic is practical and not damaging the planet!

When I first got the pudding basins I thought they looked sturdy. The lid of one of the basins snapped in half when I was trying to take the lid off

Now that I have received the lids for my two basins these are great and would buy again. Thank you.

Parfait pour l'usage envisagé : le pudding de Noël familial. Et puisqu'on le fait bien à l'avance, le second est utile pendant que l'autre est encore rempli.
