I've always felt better when taking Pantothenic Acid (B5), but it's harder to find nowadays, especially in higher doses, without being prohibitively expensive. This fulfils all my wants. The size is a problem. If it was oval or caplet shaped, it would be easier to swallow, the roundness makes it harder to swallow and I have to chew it in half to swallow, but still it's a good product.

No complaints about the value or contents of the tablets; they've lasted a long time and my skin has noticeably improved since I've started taking them. As other reviews have mentioned they're quite large circular tablets with hard edges which do have a habit of getting stuck. Not a big deal if you don't mind taking a few extra gulps of water but if you have trouble swallowing tablets you may want to be aware of that.

This has really helped clearing up my acne in conjunction with vitamin A. It’s really good value for money however the pills are quite big so be wary if you find it difficult swallowing pills.

I like that they come in a packet but the tablets are too big and too thick. They are really hard to swallow. I just had one stuck in my throat and thought i was going to choke, so unfortunately i won't buy again.

Good for Acne.

These are great, but I didn’t realise they’d be so large. And being round too, rather than capsule shaped, I find them hard to swallow. I need to try to snap them in half, but they’re quite difficult to break. If you can swallow quite a large tablet then these are great. Unfortunately not for me.

Ich hab allgemein nicht viele Pickel. Aber es gab eine Phase wo ich vereinzelt immer wieder große bekommen habe. Ich hab zu dem auch schon andere Präparate probiert . Und fand diese sehr gut. Die Pickel waren weg und sogar die Orangenhaut an meinen Oberarmen auch. Zudem fand ich fitter. Was eher subjektiv ist. Ich finde es schade wenn man ein Produkt nicht lange testet dann voreilig eine Bewertung abzugeben. Achso ich hab jeden Tag 1-2 Kapseln genommen. Ist angeblich überdosiert aber bei mir hat es gewirkt.

Nahrungsergänzungsmittel als solche wirken erst bei Langzeiteinnahme. Wie soll man da in relativ kurzer Zeit eine Bewertung abgeben? Gerade Vit B ist schwer einzuschätzen. Ich habe eine mittlere Bewertung abgegeben, da die richtig sein mag. 5 Sterne wären zu viel, da ich in der kurzen Zeit nicht feststellen kann, ob dieses Produkt mir schadet.

Qualität ist vielleicht ok- aber der Geschmack ist stark verbesserungsfähig
