Hygiene issues
Mine came totally unwrapped , no packaging, no cling foil, no plastic wrapping, nothing. It looked to me kind of opened and used , as if it had been a sample in a shop , totally unhygenic! I am not comfortable using it, dreading lip herpes or infections. The colour is quite bland,they name it “drama intense velvet” but it’s far from being dramatic... not very pigmented, more of a natural,nude-rose shade. I wouldn’t buy it again.

Lo compre porque ya lo tenia en otro color y me gustaba mucho, este igualmente no me ha defraudado, dura mucho el color, mas que pintalabios que en teoría duran horas... el color es natural y muy chulo.
