A question to the manufacturer please what % of hyaluronic acid does the serum contain?

no way any serum has 88% HA. That would dry the heck out of your skin. Google optimal HA concentration for more info

Can ypu use this around the eyes?

Yes, yes you can. I use it, but I also started using their rosehip oil around my eyes as that is specifically for fine lines and wrinkles.

Is this a fragrance free or no added fragrance product?

When I first bought this product, it had a very light and pleasant scent. I purchased it again two months ago, this time the scent was different and unpleasant. Very chemical. I don't know if this batch had an issue or something was changed but it has made an unpleasant difference.
