Classic style Ouija Board game with Planchette and detailed instruction

Some tips from experience: I’ve bought and used many of these Wiccstar boards and would like to share what you can expect from them and some tips on how to make them even better. Firstly these are more commonly known as travel boards or portable boards. The size of an A4 piece of paper they are perfect to easily store and take anywhere with you in a bag. They are not solid wood but a form of chipboard type material with a laminate cover. You may think you want a solid wooden board, and I own a few, but ask yourself for what reason. The images you might have in your mind will have undoubtably come from Hollywood films, and yes you can find them like that but they are not practical for actual use. For display great, for using not so much. The only exception might be the Circa 70’s originals. With the travel size Wiccstar here (search their Amazon store) you are able to chose from a huge range of covers to suit any taste. I prefer to have the letters spaced out as they are on the board in this review, not too close together or in exaggerated gothic styling that would otherwise make identifying selected letters difficult. How to get the most from this board: This is completely optional but take it from someone who knows: the supplied planchette with these boards is completely flat on the bottom. No wheels, no felt, no feet. Straight out of the packaging it glides beautifully. But that’s because of the covers static layer. After a few sessions (less if long sessions) that soon wears off and the planchette will begin to lose its travel and stick, absolutely ruining any communication you may be having at the time. I don’t see this as a product fault it’s just par for the course. You have options to extend your boards life and make it much better. You could glue three small felt pads - I have done this in the past but depending on how often you use it there is only a limited timescale before the felt and board begin to fail. The most recommended option is to use either plastic, glass, or gemstone beads as gliders. Three of them glued in the place of where you would expect feet to be. I prefer gemstones and have my planchettes on Tigers Eye gliders. It’s quite easy to purchase a tigers eye bracelet or necklace on Amazon and cut the elastic to release the beads for this purpose. If you use your board on a smooth surface - kitchen worktop, laminated or lacquered tabletop for example - you will find that the board has a habit of slipping whilst the planchette is in motion. Being a two-person small travel board your first and easiest option is simply to use a spare hand to press down on a corner. But for a long term and more permanent solution, use a glue gun to “blob” the four corners. As it becomes tacky give the board a gentle press onto a solid surface to level the “blobs” out. Lift and wait for them to completely dry. Your board now has non slip and level feet. Again, none of the considerations I’ve mentioned above are what I would call faults. And nor is this final one: like a gremlin do not get these Wiccstar boards wet. The cover will absorb moisture and spoil when trying to clean it off. I also know this from experience. As for using the boards to channel communication it’s pointless me trying to tell you anything. It’s a completely personal experience that unless you’ve been part of you could never possibly understand. Discover and experience it yourself. I will say this though: the board is simply a tool. They can not be possessed, they don’t need burning or burying or any other Hollywood nonsense. There isn’t one board that will work and one that won’t - it’s an inanimate object that you use your ability to channel through. So to the question of “will it work?” Ask the right the question instead - “will YOU work?” Absolutely recommend these boards for the value. Lovely board ok price

This is a board made of HDF (a stiff lightweight wood-like substance) with a smooth printed paper Ouija front, plus a planchette of the same HDF material in black, stamped with "OUIJA". It's a sturdy and good board, the only weak point is the corners which can easily become bumped and frayed. I recommend using some "book / album protective corners" for 3.5 mm thickness. With that addition it's all but bulletproof and suitable because of its size to be toted around in a messenger bag.

Cheap and poorly made. Not worth the price. It is just a printed piece of paper on the thinnest mdf, with another scratchy mdf token. Avoid like it was haunted by angry ghosts.

Well, I'm slightly disappointed, After watching Insidious for the 100th time i decided to see if it was all real, So I tried it inside my flat at first for about an hour, nothing happened, so i decided to do the ultimate edgy thing and take it to a graveyard at night, and i still have not been contacted by any spirits, I was very much looking forward to conversing with an angry spirit and to be honest i would have felt slight relief knowing once i pass i'm not just food for the worms, maybe i'm not being patient enough, i will continue trying, perhaps a satantic ritual beforehand could spice things up for me, i'll have to give that a try :/.

it's nice looking and well made , bought it as display item not to replace my Iphone although it probably gets better reception

Party game

Very disappointing presentation, no box of any description, too small from a practical perspective. Poor value for money.

Es bastante sencilla. Pequeña. Una tabla con la ilustración pegada encima. Pero por el precio está bastante bien.
