Great investment
Have been using since I had my baby 6 months ago, my hair and nails have been growing so fast it’s been amazing! It doesn’t stop the 4 months post partum hair loss, and the growth of my hair and nails have since plateaued. But considering it helped me grow my nail biter nails to strong nails when taken daily, I’m really impressed. Just need to take it daily or you won’t see the difference.

Do they work? Unclear, the postpartum hair loss is still different after a month of use, but maybe it'd be worse without them, who knows. At least they taste better than the Vitibiotics ones.Flabbergasted at the size of the tub for the number of tablets though. It's a quarter full, if that. Extremely wasteful, not to mention misleading.
