Will this work on curly hair?

It’ works on all hair types so yes it will work on curly hair. It is a miracle in a bottle.

Can i use this while also using regaine? thanks

I don't see why not but it can make your scalp itch a bit so might be doubly irritating with the regaine!

Would touching the hair with fingers or removing jumper when the application is in use on head leave any residue on your fingers or jumper?

It does not come off onto clothing that I have noticed and only very little on fingers if you run your fingers over the area. Stays quite well in place too without the need for fixing spray. The colour for me is the hardest to match as now used the medium brown too and it is a little obvious at the roots as darker than my natural hair, hope this helps.
