how do you use this prouduct and do u need any special shampoo afterwards? and do you need to keep straightenning your hair?

It can be used as a conditioner after shampoo or as a mask. Wash hair as normal then add the mask and put hair up in clip or bun for 5 to 30 mins or even overnight if wrapped in a towel to prevent damage to the bed. Wash out and dry hair with hairdryer. You can straighten if you want.
