I have a number of DeWalt 18v XR power tools and when I saw a review of this 90 degree attachment I wanted to give it a go. Ordered from Amazon prime, delivered next day free of charge, spot on. The tool is well made and is simple to fit to the hex drive in my DCF887 impact driver. It works brilliantly for both drills and screwdriver bits, either fitted direct in the chuck or using an extension adaptor. Ideal for kitchen fitting, working in awkward spaces in the loft, fixing rafters etc. It looks well made and fit for purpose and the Dewalt warranty is such that if it breaks they give you another one, what more could one ask.

The good - this didn't break and was usable for the intended job. I think it is better than all the alternatives I looked at.The bad is that these right angle drives (all of them) are difficult to use. You need to apply a lot of force in the direction you're screwing to stop the bit coming out of the screw and you need to resist the torque of the drill which also twists the bit out of the screw. It needs a thread in the head so you can attach a handle like you can with a drill or angle grinder.

Bought this product to use on some of those difficult to get at right angled jobs with no room to get the power tool in behind to impact, drill or screw drive etc.This works a treat for those sort of home DIY or light repair or light commercial work. I use it as a toolkit accessory in my property maintainence and repair toolkit.No issue with registering it within my online Dewalt tool box and obtaining the registered Dewalt warranty, first class.Super Price at time of purchase, cheaper than on Net including eBay slers etc, well packed and quickly delivered.Great product and Amazon seller, highly recommended.

My car didn't have mudflaps, and I wanted to fit some. For some reason, to fit front mudflaps on my car, you have to drill a hole in the plastic wheel liner. I asked my dealer how much fitting would cost, and they wanted £35, for what is a very simple job. A little put out by this, I looked on Amazon and found this appealing right-angled drill attachment is under £25. So I figured I'd do the job myself and save myself over £10.The tool itself is very compact, more compact than I expected to be honest, and the tool takes up no more room than is absolutely necessary. So squeezing into the gap between my wheel and the wheel arch to drill the hole wasn't a problem, and I got the job done quickly. Not only did I save myself £10, I now have a very useful right-angled drill attachment.Build quality of the tool is excellent, and the internal gearing is silky smooth without play. I was actually surprised to discover the tool was so cheap, but the build quality seems to match the price well. It's not a hefty drill attachment, it's a nicely made attachment for light use .It came with some short screwdriver bits, which were tricky to remove from the tool as they are so short, but as this tool is all about squeezing into tight spaces, I can't complain. I used it in conjunction with a small drill chuck I already owned (not included in set) and it worked perfectly. (I was just glad I could fit a 6.5mm drill bit into my little chuck.)I used this tool to drill a 6.5mm hole through plastic, which is hardly the toughest job a drill attachment could face. It worked perfectly, and I suspect I could use this attachment for years drilling holes through wheel arch liners, or for fixing screws with an electric screwdriver. However if I used this attachment to try and drive a masonry drill into concrete, I don't think it would drill many holes, but then it's not supposed to be doing that sort of thing.As a useful accessory for an electric screwdriver, or for light drilling, this is really very handy.Highly recommended!

Put a cot together 3 years ago and it took me ages and it was a freaking pain as most of the fittings had to be tighten were in really hard to reach places. But this time I had this adapter which made putting the cot together a lot easier.When you need it it’s awesome. Little bit hard to get the bits out though but it does the job.Used it with a manual driver and it was awesome.

Renovating a stairs and have a few screws to drive in at angle. Bought a cheap option for right angle driving and bearings were gone in it after a few minutes. This one has done the entire job with ease. Also it’s super compact as big can drop deep into the drive. Cannot recommend highly enough. It’s perfect example of how using the right tool for the job makes it so much easier. Forget the cheaper alternatives and get this!

Absolutely love this, enables me to get into tight spaces but also apply pressure & the force of the impact driver & it can handle impacting screws into metal / wood / plastic no problem, comes with a nice set of bits but it will also hold other bits, I mainly use Wera bits & they fit in the holder nicely. If you think you could do with one in your tool box just get one it really is a useful tool to have.

Das Teil hätte ich schon viel früher kaufen sollen. Super verarbeitet. Kein Plastikspielzeug.Ich habe 27,00 € bezahlt. Zusammen mit den Bits ein guter Preis. Der Magnethalter ist sehr praktisch.Die Bits sitzen sehr tief. Das ist einerseits sehr gut für das Arbeiten auf engem Raum, andererseits erschwert dies den schnellen Bitwechsel. Wenn ich etwas mehr Platz zu Verfügung habe und dafür häufiger die Bits / Zentrierstift / Bohrer wechseln muss, setze ich einen Universal-Bithalter in den Winkelschrauber. Dann geht der Wechsel wie gewohnt. Für den Preis klare Kaufempfehlung.
