Q: Is this product the cooling gel as in the picture, or the clear gel as stated in the title?

It is the clear gel a little like Vaseline but yellow. They use it in hospital icu as moisture for Skin. It is amazing for really dry skin or soothing irritation of skin.

Hi, it doesn't say anything about biodyne on the ingredients

Q: Could the supplier please confirm that this is the product containing phenylephrine HCL - 0.25 % and not the lesser product without it?

I am not the supplier but a user of Preparation H gel; and to the best of my knowledge of this product, it doesn't seem to contain phenylephrine. Nonetheless, I have found the product very effective in managing itchy and protruding anus; to the effect that it has helped me to avoid a surgery.

Q: Does it help eye bags

Sorry, I haven't tried it close to my eyes. The furthest up I've gone has been round my neck.
