Can you just use this as an ordinary piano or do you need a computer to play it?

Hello, Alesis support here! You can use it as an ordinary piano as it has built-in sounds and speakers as well as connect it to a computer to control your favorite software application or play virtual instruments. In case you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to email us at amzsupport@inmusicbrands.com

Please can anyone tell me if some play on the keyboard adapter socket is normal? Mine seems wobbly when plugged in, is this normal?

Hi, Alesis support here! It is expected to find the power input is slightly loose. This is designed to tackle sudden movements that may damage your input. For further support on this subject, please contact us directly - amzsupport@alesis.com

I know this kinda sounds stupid, but what size is the headphone jack, is it 3.5mm or is it the bigger one?

hi the headphone jack is the bigger one we had to buy an adapter for our daughter to use her smaller headphones, But we are blown away by the quality sound for the price.
