My hair is fine but there is a lot of it. I have mostly waves, but some curl too. This gel had turned out to be a miracle product for my hair, giving great wave/curl definition, long-lasting hold for days, and amazingly it literally banishes all frizz! Nothing I've ever used before has managed to that, not even anti-frizz serums. Once I let my hair air-dry and then scrunch out the crunch, I am left with soft, fluffy beautiful waves. My hair looks so healthy and shiny! For the next couple of days after wash day, I simply wet my hands, rake them through my hair and then scrunch. My waves are bought back to life again. You may want to add a tiny bit of the product on non-wash days to further enhance your waves/curls, but wetting my hair is usually enough. I wash, condition my hair, apply a leave in conditioner and then just use this for amazing waves. No other product is needed for me. I will keep buying this for as long as it is available. .
