What is the amount of carboydrates per 100g? Following a keto lifestyle, this information is vital.

The packaging has changed since I bought it. I had contacted the supplier to say their information regarding servings etc was contradictory and they had responded to say that they would address the issue. You can see from the label photographs that the product contains 17g carbs per 100g ie 17%. The whole container contains 35g, therefore Rey small amount of carbs per serving. The label also provides the proportion of carbs in sugar.

Not according to the label. It says, 100% organic crushed sea buckthorn berries without seeds.

We grow our sea buckthorn berries in the Czech Republic.

Can you put this in a cup of tea

As it’s got a strong citrus flavour unless it was a herbal tea I think it wouldn’t work at all. As a product I love the taste and usually sprinkle it onto yogurt and fruit. Hope this helps!
