How are these different to not using them ? Do you do better push ups?

In answer to your questions 1. Your wrists are in a more natural alignment using these rather than stressing them when placed flat on the floor making it safer. 2. In addition to the above, gripping the handles is much more comfortable than hands placed flat 3. As you have raised your starting position you have a greater range of movement 4. Easier to place these grips in a different locations relative to the body to extend the range of exercise movements possible .

Would these be ok to use for yoga or body balance or would they slip if you were doing certain positions such as a downward dog?

I tried using it just for push-ups and so as my husband. The base touching the floor doesn't move or slip but the handles can rotate for different angles of work out. I guess it can be used for some yoga positions as well if you like to. Hope that helps.

Ordered these but got sent a different brand completely. was sent harbinger ones as opposed to the the one i ordered. why was this? false advertising

Seems like it mate. I got the original ones & it’s a fantastic product it does the workout for you but get the benefit, from 2 to 6 pack in 6 weeks but daily use required👌🏿
