A must have.
Great set of resistance bands. These give you all the different variations you need for all kinds of applications. Great for mobility work or stretching. Also great for adding resistance to a movement. A must have for any workout warrior.

Great for physical therapy
My husband hasn’t been able to walk for 6 months due to foot surgery. So his muscles in his leg and foot are very week. These are great for him to build his muscles and improve his flexibility and strength.

Pictorial misleading
5 bands were displayed making it seem as you could purchase all for 10 dollars, that’s why I ordered but was disappointed when one band arrived and it was ultra light and if I were ordering one it would have at least been medium.

The five resistance bands are made with first class quality and design.In Mexico, they arrive in an excellent state.I just hope there's one seller to send via fortis' gymnastic rings to Mexico.
