I bought this mainly for quick morning juices (orange/lemon) without the hassle of a full-size juicer, and it fits that purpose quite well. First impressions are positive – it’s lightweight, compact, and doesn’t take up much counter space. The build is mostly plastic but feels decent enough for the price, and the bowl with measurement markings is genuinely useful when following recipes. In use, it’s very straightforward. You simply press the fruit down to start, which makes it easy to use one-handed. The adjustable pulp control is a nice touch – I tested a couple of settings and it does make a noticeable difference depending on whether you want smoother juice or more texture. The two-way rotation also seems to help extract a bit more juice compared to cheaper manual presses. That said, it’s clearly designed for light, everyday use rather than heavy batches. The 350ml capacity is enough for 1–2 glasses, but you’ll need to empty it if making juice for more people. My wife makes us a lemon drink every morning, but has been finding the traditional, manual style of lemon juicer a bit of a strain. I ordered this to see if it would help. It certainly did. It’s a simple but really useful gadget. Just put the jug on the motor stand, pup the juicer on to of that and press the lemon half down. It has plenty of power and gives you fresh juice without the effort. It looks durable enough, and I would expect this from Braun. It’s no noisier than any other kitchen device, about the same as a battery hand whisk. The lemon juice tastes the same as it always did and it’s a good size for something you leave out on the worktop. Easy to clean either by hand or in the dishwasher.

Not the most robust of citrus juicers, but good value for money and works really well. Really useful that the chord winds around the base of the unit. It juiced about 300ml from 2 large oranges. It spits a little and some of the juice falls back on to the unit as in picture 2. Useful if you have strong large hands as it will make lighter the work. I have small somewhat arthritic hands but I manage fine. I would recommend this juicer if you want something light, simple, easy to wash and just juices.

A very compact juicer doesn’t take up much storage space. Not too expensive either Easy to use -no buttons , just cut orange in half and hold on top of juicer rotator, you can choose level of pulp so if you like no bits then very easy to do. All the pulp and pips stay in the top level and can easily be thrown away. Dishwasher safe , I’d definitely recommend.

Really works well gets all the juice, good to do a batch and freeze. No wonder they sold so many!

I've been looking for a compact Citrus juicer since 14 years ago and tried several ones. Braun once more didn't disappoint me. My mum had a Braun juicer which still works perfectly fine since I was a child probably is 40+ years old now and still works wonders. My sister in law bought the little compact one when got married to my brother that was in 1984 and every summer I am amazed it looks and works like if she bought it yesterday. The other day I found Braun revamped 2 old models the one of my mum which is bigger (CJ3050 Tribute Collection) and the one of my Brother the compact Citromatic, the little compact one. This little mode (CJ3000 Tribute Collection) works fine, is not so little and compact as the old Citromátic they have but is very close. Is activated when we press the fruit down. The engine rotates in both directions to squeeze most of the juice. To do so only is needed to stop pressing down the fruit and release a bit. Squeezes the oranges pretty well because the edges are "sharp" not so much sharp as the old models though, but still better than other brands. Easy to clean. Compact you can place it inside any cupboard and light in weight. You can tide up the cord around the base. I did a little video and I took photos but my mobile phone broke and I lost it, sorry. I am happy with the purchase I always will recommend Braun for juices and hand blenders, usually they are very durable I bought it a month ago let's see how long it last. By the way, I am a normal user no one paid me for this review nor gave me presents to do so. Edited 30-05-2019 Juicer still works perfectly fine. To respond who wonders what are the numbers for: The numbers are for the orange bits. Depending on if you prefer a smooth juice or you prefer a few bits or more bits. It is only to control the opening of the sieve. Nothing to do with the number of oranges or lemons you want to drink. Hope this helps.

I've had a few all singing all dancing Citrus Presses over the year and paid quite a lot for each one. This is a very simple gadget but does the job more than adequately. You get one speed and three methods of juicing, one way, the other way or both ways. Not sure they are necessary but hey ho. I'd definitely recommend especially if you're on a budget.

Flimsy, did not work, motor too weak and just sputtered and was not able to juice anything. Returned immediately. Disappointing.
