Ideal vitamin C supplement
This is the way to supplement with vitamin C because you get the vitamin from a plant that contains it. Most of the generic vitamin C products contain synthetic vitamin C, which is not just useless but potentially harmful.

Stopped bleeding gums and bruising
Camu Camu from Peru has one of the highest natural vitamin C content on the planet. This brand ‘Simply Pure’ is certified organic, high quality, no fillers or binders, just Camu Camu in a vegan capsule. It’s made in the U.K. in strict GMP conditions. Testimony: Just one a day healed my bleeding gums and stopped my bruising within 2 weeks. I’d tried everything else. It’s a little more expensive than artificial vitamin C, but I have personally seen the health benefits using such a high quality food sourced natural product. Recommended.
